Starbox Sad Baby Smitten Kittens

What’s in the Sad Baby Smitten Kittens blind box

Starbox Sad Baby Smitten Kittens is a new Sad Baby series from Starbox with seven kittens. Each Sad Baby wears a fluffy cat suit with pointed ears and a furry tail, and has freckles and a single tear. Sad Baby revealed the series officially on 19 October 2026, in a reel with Starbox: “Meet the NEW Sad Baby Kittens: Seven little faces, all waiting for their forever home.”

The reveal shows seven kittens in leopard, grey, ginger, cream, pink leopard and brown-and-white patched fur, plus the white kitten on the box. The box says “Smitten Kittens” under the Sad Baby logo and calls them vinyl plush collectibles. In the reel the kittens hang from key rings, under the lines “7 new faces to adopt” and “Collect them all”. The reel also says “Find the SUPER RARE”, so the series has a super rare kitten.

On 21 October 2026 Sad Baby posted the official line-up picture (above), captioned “Seven NEW Sad Baby Smitten Kittens”. It shows all seven kittens on Sad Baby key rings. Sad Baby has not named the designs yet.

Where to buy Sad Baby Kittens in the UK

The reel says the kittens are available now to pre-order on Amazon. Amazon US has the single blind box on pre-order (see the buy button). Amazon UK now sells the single blind box too (see the Amazon UK button).

Sad Baby Kittens UK release date

No UK release date or price has been announced yet.

Before the reveal, Starbox teased the series with a blurred picture of the box next to a leopard-print kitten (“New sad faces incoming”). A second teaser showed three of the faces, in pink, grey and ginger fur, under the line “Little moods. Big purrsonalities.” and said the seven were “up for adoption” on 10.19 (19 October). Starbox first showed the kittens in an unboxing video in August 2026, saying they were “available at selected Warehouses” (Starbox on TikTok). The Warehouse is a New Zealand shop, so that looks like an earlier New Zealand release.
